Your reading request
When you press Send my request, Saiga receives your first name, email, reading choice, birth date, local birth time when supplied, birthplace, theme, and question. These details are used to respond to your request and prepare a reading. Please do not include payment credentials, home addresses, medical records, or other people’s private details.
Storage and access
Requests are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database. The private administrator workspace requires an owner login. Submitted requests and any reading drafts or private notes are removed automatically after 180 days, or earlier when deleted by the operator. Payment is handled separately through Cash App; Saiga does not receive bank details or verify payments automatically.
Your copy and email
You can download a copy of your request. That file remains on your device until you delete it. Replies are sent personally by email; there is no automatic booking confirmation. Email providers process those messages under their own policies.
Deletion and contact
You can ask to correct or delete your request by replying to Saiga’s email response and including the request reference. A public contact email is still being finalized. Please do not send identity documents.
Website operation
Cloudflare hosts the website and processes network requests. The intake endpoint temporarily stores a daily hash of the request’s network address to limit spam; these counters are removed after expiry. The website has no advertising trackers. The decorative-motion preference is kept for the current browser session. Admin login uses a secure session cookie for up to eight hours; customer pages do not use that login cookie.
